Hook Logistics Goes National

March 31st, 2021, Ridgefield, New Jersey

Hook Logistics, an upstart third party logistics/fulfillment (3PL) provider based in the Greater New York City Metropolitan Area, is expanding its footprint by launching a new fulfillment center in Los Angeles. The new 15,000 sq. ft facility in Carson, California will double Hook Logistics’ capacity to fulfill orders, as well as provide steep discounts for shipments intended for the western U.S. Additionally, the new facility will double Hook Logistics’ capacity to intake overseas shipments from the top 2 busiest ports in the U.S.

“Our job as operators is to provide the best fulfillment services at the most transparent rates possible,” said Frazer Kinsley, CEO at Hook Logistics. “We see the launch of Hook Logistics’ new facility in California as the next natural progression to accomplishing this goal.”

Hook Logistics was founded in September 2020, as a tech-enabled entrant to an industry built on age-old systems and processes. Their simplified fee structure, asset-light approach to acquiring and staffing facilities, and fully cloud-based warehouse management software provides customers with a reprieve from the complexities and legacy systems of older, more traditional 3PL providers.

“Founders deserve to know how much they’re going to spend on fulfilling each and every order and we couldn’t get that from any of the 3PLs we worked with previously,” said Kinsley. “It’s time for the industry to move into the digital age and we’re uniquely positioned to be the company that does exactly that.”

Hook Logistics’ Los Angeles facility will be open for socially-distanced tours mid-April 2021 and will be fully operational by early May 2021.
