Back in August 2020, we announced the launch of Hook Logistics, the most transparent 3rd party logistics (3PL) provider in the game.

We can all agree that the brand experience starts the moment the customer interacts with one of the brand’s marketing campaigns or outreach programs. But when does the brand experience end?

Our contention is that a brand experience should never end at the point of purchase because the shipping experience can have a major impact on how customers perceive a brand.

We realized while growing our own eCommerce brands (and our clients’ brands) that the process of fulfilling and delivering orders is an often overlooked component of the overall brand experience.

Fulfillment is not as exciting as designing a stunning site that speaks to your customer. Fulfillment is not as exciting as executing on a successful digital campaign that drives hundreds of thousands of customers to your landing pages. Yet, if those customers receive their goods late or receive the wrong goods or don't receive anything at all -- you’ve got a serious problem.

There’s no point in draining your goodwill at the point in the customer journey where you have already convinced your customer to come and buy the product. This is the moment to delight them -- not disappoint them.

That’s why we launched Hook Logistics -- to provide eCommerce brands with a steadfast partner to handle their fulfillment process end-to-end, while providing the most transparent fee structure and a team dedicated to understanding the intricacies of your products.

We were missing one thing though. As a regional player in the New York Metropolitan area, we didn’t launch with the breadth to support highly discounted shipping rates outside of the East Coast and Midwest.

Today, we are announcing the launch of Hook Logistics’ West Coast location -- a beautiful 15,000 square feet industrial center at the heart of Los Angeles.

With our bicoastal presence and newly negotiated shipping rates, we will offer our customers an experience that is leaps and bounds above the legacy competition.
